Attraction
"Attraction," 10" x 14", oil on canvas panel. The green onion had rather eccentrically curled leaves, and it seemed to be questing toward the Granny Smith apple. The shiny, varnished wooden cube was a gift from my husband, made specifically to accommodate my penchant for perching still life objects on something to elevate them. The green onion is resting on the edge of a sanded-down wine crate.
